Blog titles

I’m getting alerts that my Blog posts do not have H1 titles (the page title isn’t recognised as H1) – so to a few I added a title and marked it H1 – but then I have two titles showing – I can’t get rid of the page title as that’s the page title, and that is the one that shows automatically and no way of ‘hiding’ it (I’ve tried).

So what do I do?

The only thing I can think of is to make the Page Titles H1 so Google & SEMRush can tell it’s H1 so I don’t have to add another H1 artificially – but I don’t know how to do that.
