Blog title font and font color

Hello,

I’d like to change the blog title font and the color.

I’d like the title at the top to be the same font (in bold) as the first headline in the post and in the same blue color.

(I don’t know the code for this blue…I chose it from WP Bakery Builder text color drop down and it is just a blue square to click on–it does not show the code).
