Blog Shortcode

I’m in desperate need for a Blog Grid shortcode. The problem I am running into is, I need the page like the Blog Grid template, with text on the left of the set all the way to the left side (full width) The sidebar didn’t work because it was cutting into the module above the blogs. If I could just use a full width shortcode the insert the Blog Grid, it would be perfect. Or if I could create a column floating left, so the grid moves up next to it. Do you happen to have that as a shortcode or one I can add coding to the pages to create it as a shortcode?
