Blank Boxes Instead of Audio Playlist

I have a page (http://www.kenkamlet.com/voice-over/) with an audio playlist that I successfully embedded in Highend theme using the standard WordPress+ text box. Now, trying to amend the page to include individual songs (left side) and additional playlists (center + right side) … not working! when I try to add playlist all I get is a blank white box.

Also, the individual song doesn’t format right unless its the last thing I add to the page … otherwise, it looks skewed (and it will go bad if I add anything else to the page after) (the image above the audio track was add separately because I couldn’t find a way to have track images included like you can with a playlist)
