Bad Support for Aegaeus Theme

HB Support,

I have noticed in my dealings here that your support for the Aegaeus theme is pretty bad. Support topics often don’t get answered for long periods of time, if at all. Meanwhile, the support forum for your Highend theme gets attention constantly. Why are the themes both the same price if one of them is supported at a different customer service level?

I was planning to buy 2 more installations of the Aegaeus Theme and 1 installation of Highend for some upcoming client’s sites, but after my experience here I think I will look into some themes by your competitors.

It’s too bad, I really do like your products and was very happy with my Highend experience, but my Aegaeus experience has been nothing but frustration and long waits.
