Background images tiling when they shouldn’t

Hi there
We have some rows set up with empty space to create height and a background on the row to act as a banner. The WPBakery settings say ‘do not tile’ but the images are tiling. I’m not sure if the theme or WPBakery is the issue but as both were purchased here I’m starting with your support 🙂

I have tried adding some CSS to fix this but targeting the class on the div is also failing.

This has happened in the last week we think probably after an update.
