Attempt to modify property “response”

I am setting up Laragon on windows 11, with the intention to test how our site works under PHP version 8.1.

When running under PHP 8.1.10 I keep running into the error shown below and I cannot get access to the dashboard at all. The site seems to come up ok by itself.
