Appearance Highend Save – Doesn't Work

When I try to save anything in the Appearance-Highend-Save screen, it goes into and endless waiting cycle. It doesn’t even matter if I’ve not made any changes.

I’ve tried adjusting one of the php files, but I’m not very good at that stuff. I think I did it right, but still doesn’t work.
