Animations not working on mobile

Hello, I was wondering if it was normal for the animations to not work on iOS and Safari browser. They work on my Galaxy Note 3 using Google Chrome as well as my desktop Chrome browser, but they don’t work on my iPad using Safari or my desktop using Safari. I would assume it wouldn’t work for iPhone as well if it doesn’t work on the iPad. This is a huge deal for me as I was hoping they would work for iOS users as well.
