Alt text and Image Description not Showing after WP 5.3 Upgrade

    After I upgraded to WP 5.3 and HBTheme to 3.6.2 all my image descriptions are not showing on Gallery Images…

    Everything was fine until I made these upgrades to the theme and WP.

    Please advise.
