Aegaeus Slider text not formatted, plain text slides into the screen

Hi.
The text on the sliders for my demo install of Aegaeus is not getting formatted.
The text that slides into the screen is in plain text.

I followed all the instructions but was not clear on this one
3. Install and activate plugin “Widget Importer Exporter”. (Appearance > Install Plugins).
I am assuming I need to install ” Widget Importer & Exporter” so I used that to import
“widgets.wie”

Also the instruction don’t tell me what to do with…
