Aegaeus: client wants regular WP bullets

I have a client who prefers to use the regular WP style bullets (ul), but I do not have the “Style List” drop down available in the page editor. Even though it shows regular bullets applied, they do not display on the live page here:

I saw that there was another post about this and it was stated that this was going to be addressed in May. I bought this theme from MOJO themes 2 weeks ago.
