Adjusting row height with a parallax view & change parallax overlay color

Hi,

I have created a full width row with 3 columns each with their separate text inside of that row. The problem is the row height needs to be a lot less to fit visually on my site?

How do I fix that?

The row I want to fix has the parallax view with three counter items in it.

Lastly how to you change the color of the gradient for the parallax overlay? It is too dark for my whole page.

Any help would be appreciated.
