Adjusting not working

    I have the settings in WordPress adjusted. I keep getting the message that there is WP Memory Limit 40. I have to really put on 256.
    Also at Max Execution Time I get a message.

    If I adjust the colors through which are still displayed. Then it returns to the previous settings. This is also the references to social media.
    ‘ve Toyed with it for a long time, but can not get it to my liking … What can I do?
