Adding Menu's and Footers to sub pages

I created some new pages using the “Blank Template” layout, and made them a part of the menu I created on the Home page, but that same navigation menu doesn’t show up on all pages that I made using the Blank Template. If I change the template to something else like “Default Template”, then the menu and footers show up like they should be, but the page doesn’t look the way I want it to.

Is there a setting I’m missing, or does Highend break if I use the “Blank Template” when making new pages?

I’ve added a screenshot for clarity of what template I’m referring to. Selecting that template removes Menus and Footers from that page, and I’m not sure how to add them back without changing the template.
