Adding mailchimp popup to every page

Hi there,

I would like to embed mailchimp popup to every page of my website.

I created a popup on mailchimp website and downloaded the code (Subscriber pop-up option):

However I don’t know where I should put the code. I tried putingin into the header using https://wordpress.org/plugins/insert-headers-and-footers/, yet that didn’t work.

I saw that some of your users used PopupAlly plugin yet I don’t like that option becasue it creates two forms, once for the PopupAlly and one more for mailchimp.
