Adding employees on STAFF page extra spacing

How do i fix this problem…when i import an image/new staff member from STAFF on the Our Team page there becomes an extra space between title and image? they should all look consistent like steve cugini, the fist staff member (see attached). i know some are different sizes but even so this happens. thanks.
