Add to Cart not working

Hello,

I recently received a complaint that our “add to cart” button is now working in our store (https://www.cedarcoastfieldstation.org/ccfs-shop/) for one customer. I’m unsure how to proceed as our other orders are processing fine for everyone else and this isn’t showing up for me in tests. Is this a recent issue to arise?
