Add Text to Search Icon in Navigation Bar

Hello,
I have enabled “Search in Navigation
Enable/Disable search in your main navigation bar in the header area.”
in Highend Options.
I get the Icon in the navigation bar, but I would like to know if there is a way to add the word “Search” next to the icon?
I tried adding “Custom Link” to the menu, but I don’t the link for the search function.
