Add Custom Image Page Title for Blog page

I see that I have options to upload a Custom Image under Page Title Advanced Settings on my designated blog page, but the image never appears in the title area like it does with my other pages?

I have also noticed that I can add a Custom Image to individual blogs, but there is a default color title bar for Archive blog pages that I can’t see where to change?
