Activating WPBakery Page Builder

Hi, I’m a newbie and need some help..

I purchased the High End theme several days ago, and have installed the above-mentioned plugin. However, when I click on “Activate WPBakery Page Builder” button, it leads me straight to this page –> https://support.wpbakery.com/login

And when I login, it says that I do not have a direct license. Could you advise if this is so? I purchased this theme thinking that the premium and direct license for Visual Composer/WPBakery Page Builder was included.
