Accessibility for people with disabilities

Hello, I’m wondering if you are going to implement Accessibility features for people with disabilities. (low vision). It is almost standard now with new WP themes. I have implemented some customizations but the menu, etc. are much more complex with the HighEnd Theme. Here in the United States, companies are being sued by people with disabilities as their websites are not ADA (Americans with Disabilities) compliant when it comes to eCommerce or basic sites. Working for a nonprofit, my company is exempt, but I know others who have gone to court. Kindly advise, thank you.
