Accent colour stopped working after update

Hello,

Accent colour setting has stopped working correctly after some of the theme updates.

I run colour manager/colour customiser. In colour customiser the accent colour is set as correct (as before). However, the accent is shown as light blue. When I change the colour in accent colour setting, it updates on the preview as it should, but does not update the page colour as I exit the customiser.

What should I change to fix this. Thanks!
