Accent Color not changing, CSS?

Hi there,

I have read every topic on this issue in the forum and tried every solution and had no luck.
The problem is, I change the ‘Accent Colour’ to #e5771e in the color customoizer, and it changes. But when I publish and leave the page (or even refresh the page) the accent color reverts to its default color even though it still says #e5771e in the accent color selection.
I have attached a screenshot so you can see what I mean. The ‘icon features’ should be #e5771e, and not the light blue default.

I was wondering if there was any CSS I could use to fix this issue?
