Accent color changed since last theme update

Hi,

Since I last updated the theme, the accent color changed to blue and can’t figure it out how to make the theme to display the color I have set in the theme customizer. Do you know what’s going on?

I refer to the color you see when you highlight a text or the color of the thin line under the pre footer call to action.
