about menu font color and drop menu back ground

the menu, navigation color is ‘black’ but I wanted to ask you if one menu, ex, only ‘-Music’- can be Red color, other menu kept black.

2) and about drop menu, I want to remove the border color. I am now attaching sample which have no border of the dropdown menu.
