Moving Highend WP Theme to another server

we need move our testing web from address X.Y.W.Z to A.B.C.D.

I copied all files in web to another and all tables from mysql and after starting web browsing any values in db changed, for example in table wp_options, option_name: hb_highend_option, e.g. hb_logo_option changed to default, Custom CSS section is empty …

How I can move content of server to another address?
