Modal window for login, add link to navigation menu

I would like the modal window to do a couple things for me. I am a 3 time customer so please help me out ..I want to know how to configure this.

1. I need a modal for to open with a button with login form consisting of first mame, last name, email and site name.. Would I create that form in contact 7 and paste in the text box? I am not sure

2. I need to create a navigation menu link that invokes the modal window.. How do I accomplish this?

3. I also sent a request regarding my navigation submenus staying the default black when I have changed it to 27ae60.. you provided me some CSS but for some reason it will not take.. I need to really fix this.
