Help- did update and site columns formatting all lost

Updated the site when prompted through wordpress and now everything is appearing in the middle of the page- where there were three content boxes across they now appear one right after another stretching full screen on the homepage, etc. this happened on every page on the site. its all full screen.

please help because the site is live.
