Changing Feature Image

After reading the doc, I still can’t figure this out. I was able to change the featured image once, but for some reason I do not see/remember where I changed it.
Directions say:
Step 1: open admin panel for editing, where is this? (dashboard?)
Step 2: scroll down to featured section setting, I don’t not see this, did I disable it while trying to figure out this theme?

Why don’t the links in the directions go to THAT specific video instead of a list of videos that do not even show the specific one you are looking for?

VERY FRUSTRATING, purchased this theme in FEB and it’s AUG. and I STILL can’t figure these directions out and the video go soon fast and the music to so distracting.

ANY help would be appreciated.
