Header Customization

First off, I really appreciate your prompt replies and assistance. Thank you for all of your help.

It would be a dream to mimic the Highend theme header with the one I use on our website’s main page. Is this possible?

Main website header (to be copied): http://www.thedreampress.com

Blog header (to be changed): http://www.thedreampress.com/blog

I’m assuming it might be a little complex, and if it is not possible, is there a way to space out the menu buttons and eliminate the blue color that shows up when you click/hover over a menu item?
