Highend Options Tab not working

When I go to the Highend Options section and try to click on any category it only stays on “general settings” for example if I click on “layout settings” I will see the address bar on the top change but nothing happens it just stays on “general settings” I have tried to clear my browser cache and tried both google chrome and safari.
