Milestone Counters Multiplying

Milestones multiplying for no reason:

When I create a milestone and make any other changes on my home page (www.miamimxparksupport.com), I suddenly have duplicate milestones. For every change I save on page, the milestones keep reproducing. I really want to have this feature but for the time being had to delete until Im done with other items on page. This also causes my visual composer to run slowly. I have the milestones infront of a fullwidth image. Is there a feature I am not selecting to keep them from doing this?
