Blog sidebar, blog fullwidth and footer widget problem

Hi,

Q1. Footer widget
My website can’t appear the latest footer widget after edited and refresh the article/page.
However, it can appear correclty if I edit any article/page without any change and press update(save) button.
I’m not sure whether it is a problem about theme, WP-Super-Catch(stopped before several months ago and removed yesterday) or HostGator(my host sever provider).

Q2. Blog sidebar and blog full-width
I want to change the layout of article from blog sidebar(left) to blog full-width, but there are some problems.
Blog full-width only woks on this article,
http://www.greengabdreamer.com/httpwww-greengabdreamer-comgov-and-fet-etc-etag-sucks-2/
but it doesn’t work on other article. For example: http://www.greengabdreamer.com/webdesign-style-macaron/

In article edit screen, I found something different between A and B:
A. Article edit Screen of the article can be with full-width

B.Article edit Screen of the other article can’t be with full-width(still with blog left sidebar)

I’ve tried the value of “hb_page_sidebar_position” from “Left Sidebar” to “none”, but it doesn’t work.

Please help me to solve above two problems! Thanks.
Now, I can only try to move the whole site to virtual environment on my PC…
