Help Needed in Making The Events Calendar Full-Width

Hi, we just added a plug-in called The Events Calendar into our website.

The month and list views of the calendar, however, is showing a sidebar on the right. Note that we are using the default page template, and specified that no sidebar appear on the page.

The day view, on the other hand, is full-width.

We would like for the month and list views to be full-width as well. Help please! Many thanks in advance.
