Need Help With Footer Link

Hi –

I just need to fix a link in my upper footer, but I don’t know where to go to make this change.
The footer link has the wrong address, should be http://www.myconciergedesk.co/ – in the 3rd column “join the conversation” has the wrong URL it is listed as matrix.myconcierge.co, but it should be matrix.myconciergedesk.co

Please let me know where I can go to make that change?
