CSS effects and "WordPress Popular Posts" doesn't appear correclty.

Hi,

I found two problems and I don’t know why…

1.CSS effects are wrong

This sample page is from the demo files.
The CSS effect was correct before, but it doesn’t now.

2.”Wordpress Popular Posts” plug-in doesn’t appear anymore

Maybe at the same time, “WordPress Popular Posts” plug-in doesn’t appear anymore.
But the widgets of Aegaeus WP Theme and other plug-in are still working.

I have rewrite the “function.php”, “single.php” and “style.css” files from the original theme files, but the problems are standing still.

Please help me to solve it or figure it out
