Landing Page Help

Hi,
I am trying to create a landing page that has no header/footer and doesn’t use the typical Highend content and background settings.

I’ve tried using the blank template and setting the background type to image, but I still get what you see in the second attachment.

The first attachment is a mockup of the page I’d like to create.

Any advice?
