Theme Upgrade now not showing header

    Hi,

    After upgrading to the 4.0 theme my websites header http://www.eyedrnyc.com is not showing, including the site logo, and site info content. Also the menus are not pushed together.

    I deactivated all plugins and the problem is still there.

    Please advise.
