High End Theme Installation Errors

My site using the High End theme became unavailable as I was waiting to complete the final touches before launching the site with our new product line. Essentially the site and sandbox gave me an internal error whenever I tried to access them. The iPage tech support was not able to assist me with this as they said it was related to the theme. I deleted both WP and the theme and started from scratch with new installs of both. It appears I’m still getting errors and the install is unstable. This is what iPage tech support has found in the error log and advised me to inquire about this through you. The following was in the error log:

I have wasted HUGE amounts of time with this and our product line was launched without our website. I’m very disappointed and would like a refund if this cannot be resolved.
