PreFooter Callout Box not showing up!

Hey HB-Themes,
I’m having an issue with the pre-footer callout box…
I went into highend options > layouts > prefooter and edited all that good content in there… i even tried flipping the switch on and off and saving it and all…
still just have a blank area in my prefooter call out section at the bottom of my home page….

after lots and lots of investigation i did find this random custom css when i go to
Edit my homepage > then click the “</>CSS” button (top right area)

#pre-footer-area:after { display: none }

im still a novice coder so any help would be appreciated! im sure it is a easy fix but i am a noob 🙂
