Content Form Not Emailing

I have verified that Contact Form 7 is working properly and is sending email from a form that is not using a template from the Highend theme. The new contact form in Contact Form 7 “Test001” works when NOT configured with the Contact Template. Once I update the page “Contact” with the Contact Template the emails stop. So apparently there is something wrong within the “page_contact.php” but I cannot tell.
