Highend Theme and Demo Installation

Purchased Highend Theme and Demo Installation, after the installation, I still see pages or source referenced to your site. How should I make that appears to my server? Here is the example:

http://hb-themes.com/themes/highend_wp/shop/?layout=left-sidebar

I don’t find a folder called “shop”. Can you tell me where to get it? I need it to be on my server not reference to yours.
