Contact Form and Map Marker

Hi! I am using the demo to start off my site and I was trying to look at where I could replace the contact form the “contact form template” uses but I can’t find it. I would like to use a different contact form instead of the default contact form being used.

Also, I was wondering if it was possible to have the info box appear when the mouse hovers over a marker on the google maps map instead of needing to click on the marker.
