Contact form not sending message

Hello there,

I’m using the Aegaeus WP theme, with the “contact” page that i think was demo content. I thought i had everything wrapped up on this site, but when you press the submit message button, it just takes you back to the top (Link is #)

Can you guide me on this last fix. You guys have been AMAZING on response time and helpfulness with every one of my issues.
