Staff Template not formatting?

Hello, trying to use the Staff Template to no success. I purchased Aegaeus Theme on Jan 29, 2014, through Mojo. A prior thread indicated I would need to upgrade to 4.0 in order to make the Staff Template function. Is that necessary (considering I purchased under 1 month ago?). If I do not have this newer version, you indicated it is necessary to go back to mojo and upgrade. Unfortunately, I have lost access to mojo. Because I have changed hosts (from bluehost), I am unable to log into mojo, so I am unable to access a 4.0 uprade. What are your suggestions? I can provide the purchase code if you need this.
