Would like to edit the Custom Contact Widget HTML

Hello – I’m using the Aegaeus Theme and would like to edit the HTML for the Custom Contact Widget. For example, I would like to say “Address” instead of “Add” and “eMail” instead of “Mail”. Can you tell me which files I would need to edit in order to change this? Thanks!
