"Highend Options" Page Won't Load

I’ve recently purchased this theme, and I went to the Highend Options to start adjusting it and the page won’t finish loading. It shows loading bars underneath every option, but it never finishes and so I can’t edit anything on that page. I’ve tried changing the wp-config.php file to maximize the memory to 128M and the time to 120, like the theme recommends. Neither of these have fixed the problem. I’m not sure what else to do.
