Depreciated Theme Code

Theme Check the wordpress plugin that tests a themes code for appropriate and up to date wordpress standards sure shows a lot of depreciated code in this theme. I realize there was a recent wordpress update but I am talking about prior to the update. I am afraid to check it after the new update.
