Page navigation/logo bar parameters?

Hi, one more question….

I would like to reduce the space around the logo in the page navigation/logo/menu bar at the top. Of course, when I make the bar less tall or the logo more tall, the logo changes size to preserve the padding/margin around the logo. How can I do that? Please see attached screen shot.

Is it possible to not scale the logo as the header size changes? That way I could make a logo the exact size I need for the header height I want.

Also, it would be great if I could make the sticky header just like the regular one, so when the page is scrolled, it looks like the logo just doesn’t move. I tried to change the heights of the normal and sticky headers to accomplish that, but could never get it quite right. Is there a way to do that please?
